Terry O. Farruk, has an extensive history
of developing companies in both the United
States as well as in Bangladesh. He has
15 years of Director/Executive level experience
in US Fortune 500 companies.
In 2003, he founded Way2Execute which
led him to Bangladesh. He subsequently
partnered with a US/Bangladesh company
in which he was the CEO/Director and was
responsible for providing the focus for
all business development initiatives.
He also serves as Board Member of Enterprise
Internet Solution. Once again Terry was
entrusted by the other board members to
provide direction and overall leadership
for EIS. Through his initiative, EIS –
was ranked by Inc. 500 as the 292nd fastest
growing privately held company in the
U.S. in 2007 and the 5th fastest growing
company in San Diego also in 2007. He
currently operates and owns the first
fully operational and licensed call center
in Bangladesh.
Prior to this, Mr. Farruk led Alap Communications.
Using his consulting experience he partnered
with a U.S./Bangladesh company based in
Bangladesh to lead and build this company.
Through his efforts, this company doubled
its yearly revenues within two years.
It currently has an excess of $48 million
annual revenues. He remains a shareholder
and a Board Member.
Prior to this venture Terry was the East
Coast Regional Director for AT&T during
the years of 2000-2003. He was responsible
for sales and operations of the entire
East Coast for which was then one of the
largest telecommunications providers in
the USA. He left the USA telecom sector
in 2003 to start his business consulting
firm. Prior to this, Mr. Farruk was the
NE USA Sales Director of Winstar, Inc.,
a company listed on the NASDAQ. Winstar
was a pioneer in broadband wireless communication
in the United States. He was with this
company until it was sold to a group of
investors at the end of 2000.
